Thank you letter from a Boys State 2026 recipient

Note: The following correspondence is from Boys State 2026 recipient Aiden Dela Cruz to Post 1282 Boys State chairman Frank Pedagno and North Bellmore American Legion Treasurer Bill Morris.

Dear Mr. Morris, Mr. Pedagno and all members of American Legion Post 1282.

I am extremely grateful for this opportunity to be at Boys State.  Thank you so much for believing in me and sponoring me.for this prestigious program.  I will do my best to live up to the expectation you all have for me.

I hope to develop leadership skills and learn about my civic duties during my time here.  I would like to say that this program wil have a big impact on my future and I am extremely excited to take part in Boys State.

Lastly, I'd like to reiterate my appreciation in your belief in me, and it is a great honor for me to even be in attendance at Boys State.  I will do my best to make the most of this opportunity and represent our community.
